Real Time Gross Settlement – RTGS

Under the SBP guidelines, Soneri Bank is offering RTGS facility to our customers, where customers can easily transfer amount to any bank in Pakistan in real time.

The salient features of RTGS are stated below:

  • RTGS: Inter Bank Real time Money transfer facility through Electronic Payment System (PRISM) of State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Eligible Customers: IAll Soneri Bank Account holders are eligible to avail this facility.
  • Nature of Transaction:Fund transfer from one bank account to another bank’s account in real time.
  • Types of transfer: : Single account Credit under MT-103 or multiple accounts Credits with a limitation of Maximum 10 Credits against a single RTGS instruction under MT-102.

MT-102 (Terms and conditions):

  • The lower value limit for each credit transfer in MT-102 is PKR 100,000/-
  • Maximum 10 payment instructions are allowed to be sent through one MT-102 message

MT-103 (Terms and conditions):

  • This mode of transaction under RTGS is used for 3rd party time critical single credit transfer only

This facility can be availed from 09:00am till 04:00pm as stipulated by SBP (from Monday to Friday)* and is available at all Soneri Bank branches across Pakistan.

Note:* Commission and Charges on RTGS transaction: All charges are applicable as per bank’s prevalent Schedule of Charges.

  • Processing time required for RTGS is 30 minutes.
