How can I register for Internet Banking Account?

You can register for internet banking account via Soneri Bank Website by registering on “SoneriDirect” provided

  • You must be an account holder of Soneri Bank
  • You must have a valid Soneri ATM/Visa Debit Card

Once your details provided are validated, an eight digit activation code is sent to your given e-mail address, which is required to activate your Internet Banking. Please note that your activation code remains valid for 48 hours from the time of your registration request. Afterwards, the code expires and you need to re-register yourself to use Soneri Internet Banking.

How can I activate my Internet Banking Account?

Activate your Internet Banking by visiting any of the Soneri Bank ATMs or by using Soneri 24/7 Phone banking Service 111-766-374, you are required to enter eight digit Internet Banking activation code by selecting Internet Banking Option either using ATM or Telebanking (use your respective ATM PIN or T-PIN for initial validation), you will get confirmation of your Internet Banking Activation on both ATM or Soneri TeleBanking services.

Can I change my T-PIN?

Yes, you can change your T-PIN via Phone Banking.

What is Financial PIN (F-PIN)?

Financial PIN is the Code which allows you to perform financial transactions via Soneri Internet Banking.

How can I generate my F-PIN?

You can generate your F-PIN via Soneri Internet Banking by clicking the option of “Generate Financial PIN”: Select the validity period (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year) and Click “Yes”. Your Financial PIN will be sent to you on your registered e-mail address instantly.

How do I update my email address for Internet Banking?

You can update or change your email address via Soneri Internet Banking. Simply click “Change Your E-Mail”: and provide your current email address (optional), your secret answer, new email address to change your email address.

Can I access my Soneri Internet Banking account from anywhere?

Yes, you can access your account any time anywhere via the internet.

How can I access my Internet banking account if I forget my Login ID?

You can recover your login ID via Soneri Bank website by using the Soneri Direct option. Click on the option “forget Login ID”. It will require your PAN “Card Number” & Email Address. You will receive your Login ID on your registered email address.

Can I change my Login Name/Password?

You cannot change your login name, however, in the event of any password compromise; you can instantly change your Soneri Internet Banking login password by clicking on the option of ‘Change Password’ via Internet Banking.

Can I transfer funds between my own accounts?

Yes, you can transfer funds and also schedule fund transfers between your own accounts using “Direct Debit” option.

Can I transfer funds to anyone from my Internet Banking Account?

Yes, you can transfer funds and also schedule payments from your account but only (1-Link Member Bank Accounts) via “Direct Debit” option. Please note that you can’t transfer money to “Mnet” Member banks accounts.

Can I block my Internet Banking?

Yes, you can block your internet banking via Soneri Internet Banking.

Click “Block Internet Banking”: You can block your Internet Banking using this option, but make sure once you block your internet banking you can’t use this service until you change your “Password” via ATM or Soneri Phone Banking Services.
