Following are the pre-requisites for Internet banking registration.
Must be:

  • An account holder of Soneri Bank
  • Have a Valid & Active Soneri Visa Debit Card
  • Registered for Soneri SMS Alert Services

How to Start
Please follow the below mentioned process to have your Soneri Internet Banking Started,
Registration

  • Step 1:Register yourself first by using Soneri Bank Internet Banking Registration Page, input your details like your Valid Visa Debit Card number, CNIC, Login ID, Valid E-Mail Address, Mobile Phone number (Must be registered  for Soneri SMS Alerts Service), Secret Question, confirmation of the Soneri Bank’s Terms and Conditions for using Soneri Internet Banking etc.
  • Step 2:Visit your concerned Branch along with Original CNIC/SNIC, while at your branch, an Eight Digit Activation Code is sent to your Mobile Phone (first 4 digits) & to your given E-Mail Address (Last 4 digits), which is required to activate your Internet Banking. Please note that your Registration remains Valid till 72 hours from the time of your registration request if you haven’t perform activation, you need to re-register yourself for using Soneri Internet Banking.
  • Step 3: Activate your Internet Banking by visiting Any of the Soneri Bank ATMs or by using Soneri Phone banking Services +92-111-766-374, you are required to enter Eight Digit Internet Banking Activation Code by selecting Internet Banking Option either using ATM or Phone banking, you will get confirmation of your Internet Banking Activation on both ATM or Soneri Phone Banking services.

First Time Login

  • Step 4: After Soneri Internet Banking is activated, simply Visit our website and use your Login Name and Eight Digit Activation Code for the first time Login, you are asked to change your Internet Banking Password combination of alpha numeric Characters (example: ABCD1234), Please note that you are required to type the list of characters personally which appear like an Image on your first page along with your Login Name for security reason, after changing your password, you are logged in to Soneri Internet Banking to access and enjoy many services like Funds Transfers , Utility Bill Payments, Account Statement Viewing, Cheque Book Requests etc.

Account Information

  • Account Information allows you to see the summary of your accounts
  • The page gives you the details of all your linked accounts along with your current available balance.

Inquiry

  • You can view your Account Statement by clicking the option
  • Account selection is required then select the date range from a drop down menu,
  • Click Submit button to view the required account statement, you can also print this statement for your reference.
  • Click Today’s Transaction to view your present date transactions

Services

  • Click Services Menu to give request for your Physical Account Statement and Cheque Book.
  • Just Click Cheque Book Request link
  • Select Account Along with the Number of leaves required and click Submit button,
  • A Request Confirmation Page will appear giving you the details like account number, account title, branch, available balance, account type and no of leaves along with the statement informing you about the charges,
  • Click submit and you will get the Request Completion Message and the time for the processing and collection
  • By Clicking Account Statement Request, Select Account from the drop down menu,
  • Enter details like “start date/end date” by drop down selection,
  • Identify the pick-up mode,
  • Enter your Financial PIN(you may generate it before making any request)
  • Press submit and you will get the Request Completion Message and the time for the processing and collection

Pre-requisites for New Process of Funds Transfer & Bill Payment

  • Must be registered on SMS alert service

Funds Transfer

  • Procedure of Beneficiary addition for Funds Transfer:
    1. Go to Funds transfer Menu & click on "Add Beneficiary" Tab
    2. After Click on "Add Beneficiary" Button a page opens and input the details
      • Select Beneficiary Type ((a.) Soneri Bank (b.) Other than Soneri)
      1. If Select Soneri Bank:
        • Select Account Type ((a.) Conventional (b.) IBAN)
        • Enter Account Number
        • Enter Beneficiary Nick Name
        • Enter Beneficiary Email (Optional Field)
      1. If Select Other than Soneri Bank:
        • Select Beneficiary Bank Name (e.g. UBL, HBL, MCB etc.)
        • Select Account Type ((a.) Conventional (b.) IBAN)
        • Enter Account Number
        • Enter Beneficiary Nick Name
        • Enter Beneficiary Email (Optional Field)
    1. Click on Next Button
    2. New Page appeared having benefiary details. Mark (https://www.soneribankonline.com.pk/SBLPrism/static/images/click.jpg) at the Box of "Terms and Condition" Line and click on Confirm Button. When you click on Confirm button One Time Password (4 digits on SMS & 4 digits on Email) will receive
    3. A new Page opens:

a.Enter 4 digits Mobile Pin (Received on SMS)
b.Enter 4 digits Email Pin (received on Registered Email)

    1. Click on Submit Button.
  • Procedure of Funds Transfer:
    1. Go to Funds transfer Menu & click on "Fund Transfer" Tab
    2. A page opens have all the list of added beneficiaries.
    3. Select the beneficiary from the list and then click on "Proceed" button.
    4. A page Opens having Beneficiary detail and select the source account and input the amount and click on "Next button"
    5. A confirmation Page appeared in which all the transfer detail shown (e.g. Beneficiary details, amount etc.), input the FPIN (Generate FPIN of any Time Span: 1day, 1week, 1Month) and click on Confirm Button.

Bill Payment

  • Procedure of addition for Bill Payee:
    1. Go to Bill Payment Menu & click on "Add Bill Payee" Tab
    2. After Click on "Add Bill Payee" Button a page opens and input the details:
    3. Select Bill Payee Type ((a.) Telephone (b.) Electricity (c.) Gas (d.) Internet )
    4. After selecting any Bill Payee Type a drop down menu of said bill type companies appeared (e.g. For Telephone: PTCL, Warid, etc. For Electricity: KE, LESCO etc. For Gas: SSGS, SNGPL. For Internet: Wateen, W-Tribe etc.) And then click on "next" button.
    5. A page opens having Billing Company name, input the consumer number and click on "Confirm" button.
    6. A page opens have the details (Billing Type, Billing Company, Consumer number) And Mark (https://www.soneribankonline.com.pk/SBLPrism/static/images/click.jpg) at the Box of "Terms and Condition" Line and click on Submit Button. When you click on Submit button One Time Password (4 digits on SMS & 4 digits on Email) will receive.
    7. A new Page opens:
      1. Enter 4 digits Mobile Pin (Received on SMS)
      2. Enter 4 digits Email Pin (received on Registered Email)
    1. Click on Submit Button.
  • Procedure of Bill Payment:
    1. Go to Bill Payment Menu & click on "Pay Bill" Tab
    2. A page opens have all the list of added bill payees.
    3. Select the bill payee from the list and then click on "Pay Bill" button.
    4. A page Opens having Bill detail and select the source account and input the amount if option is enable (option enable incase of Telco bill Payments & some Internet Bill Payment Type) otherwise the bill amount appeared in the amount tab (in case of Electricity & Gas Bills) and click on "Next button"
    5. A confirmation Page appeared in which the entire Bill detail shown (e.g. Bill details, amount etc.), input the FPIN (Generate FPIN of any Time span: 1Day,1Week,1Month) and click on Confirm Button.

History

  • From history menu, you can view the record of your requests(Like Account Statement , Cheque book , Funds Transfer, Bill Payment and Login History) processed via Soneri Internet Banking, you can also Print the history for your record keeping.

Settings

  • In the Settings menu, you can do the following user defined settings like
    1. Click “Generate Financial PIN”: your Financial PIN would be mailed to you on your registered e-mail address instantly.
    2. Click “Expired Financial PIN”: your Financial PIN expired immediately.
    3. Click “Change Your E-Mail”: by giving your Current Email Address (optional), your secret Answer, New Email Address and you can change your Email Address using this option.
    4. Click “ Change Secret Answer” :Enter your Current Secret Answer, change your secret question as well from the drop down menu and enter New Secret Answer and you can change your Secret Answer using this option
    5. Click “ Forget Secret Answer” : in case you forget your Secret Answer, Just Enter your Financial PIN (you may generate it before making any request),Select New Secret Question from the drop down Menu, enter your New Secret Answer and your Secret Answer is changed
    6. Click “Block Internet Banking”: You can Block your Internet Banking using this option (Please be very sure to use the option as it is once used, you cannot use the Soneri Internet Banking till you use “Forgot Password” option on the password page or Change your Password from any Soneri Bank ATM or Use Soneri Phone Banking Services at 111-SONERI (766374).
