You can access the Soneri Internet Banking Services via Soneri Bank website by clicking on the option of "SoneriDirect".
You can register for internet banking account via Soneri Bank Website by using the option "Soneri Direct" provided
Once your details provided are validated, an eight digit activation code is sent to your given e-mail address, which is required to activate your Internet Banking. Please note that your activation code remains valid till 48 hours from the time of your registration request, afterwards it gets expired and you need to re-register yourself for using Soneri Internet Banking.
Activate your Internet Banking by visiting any of the Soneri Bank ATMs or by using Soneri Telebanking Services 0800-00500 or 111-766-374, you are required to enter eight digit Internet Banking activation code by selecting Internet Banking Option either using ATM or Telebanking (use your respective ATM PIN or T-PIN for initial validation), you will get confirmation of your Internet Banking Activation on both ATM or Soneri TeleBanking services.
Yes, you can change your T-PIN via Phone Banking.
Financial PIN is the Code which allows you to perform the financial transaction via Soneri Internet Banking.
You can generate your F-PIN via Soneri Internet Banking by clicking the option of "Generate Financial PIN": Select the validity period (1 day, 1 Week, 1 month, 1year) and Click "Yes", your Financial PIN would be mailed to you on your registered e-mail address instantly.
You can update or change your email address via Soneri Internet Banking. Click "Change Your E-Mail": by giving your current email address (optional), your secret answer, new email address and your can change your email address using this option.
Yes you can access your account any time any where via the internet.
You can recover your login ID via Soneri Bank website by using the Soneri Direct option. Click on the option “forget Login ID”. It will require your PAN “Card Number” & Email Address. You will receive your Login ID on your registered email address.
You cannot change your login name, however, In the event of any password compromise; you can instantly change your Soneri Internet Banking login password by clicking on the option of 'Change Password' via Internet Banking.
Yes, you can transfer funds and also schedule fund transfers between your own accounts using "Direct Debit" option.
Yes, you can transfer funds and also schedule payments from your account but only (1-Link Member Bank Accounts) via "Direct debit" option. Please note that you can’t transfer money to "Mnet" Member banks accounts.
Yes, you can block your internet banking via Soneri Internet Banking.
Click "Block Internet Banking": You can Block your Internet Banking using this option, but make sure once you block your internet banking you can’t use this service until you change your "Password" via ATM or Soneri Phone Banking Services.
